Pallet and inventory data
List every pallet footprint in use, the maximum loaded pallet height and the maximum loaded weight. Identify overhang, unstable cartons or goods that need additional support.
Warehouse dimensions
Provide a drawing with clear height, columns, doors, loading areas, fire services and obstructions. Mark areas that cannot be used and the direction of material flow.
Forklift information
State the forklift type, turning radius or minimum working aisle, lift height and whether reach trucks, counterbalance trucks or other equipment will be used.
Required capacity
